General Terms

Workwear Express supplies workwear, uniforms, safety gear, footwear, scrubs, healthcare uniforms, corporate apparel, hospitality uniforms, promotional products and related services.

These terms apply to all online and in-store purchases, quote requests, custom orders, uniform orders, branding services and use of this website. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version published on this page will apply.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders, Quotes & Enquiries

Orders may be placed through our website, in-store, by email or through a quote request. Some products and services, including business uniform orders, embroidery, screen printing, digital transfer, sublimation and promotional products, may require a quote before work begins.

A quote is valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no expiry date is shown, pricing and availability may change without notice before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, discontinued, affected by supplier delays or otherwise unable to be supplied. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, store credit or refund.

Pricing, Product Information & Availability

We aim to keep product details, pricing, images and availability as accurate as possible. However, errors may occur, and supplier pricing, stock availability and product specifications can change without notice.

Product images are provided as a guide only. Colours, fabrics, finishes and product details may vary slightly between batches, screens, suppliers and manufacturing runs.

Online stock availability may not always reflect exact in-store availability. If you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering.

Custom Branding, Embroidery & Printing

Custom branded items may include embroidery, digital transfer, screen printing, sublimation, logo application, names, numbers or other decoration work.

Before production begins, you may be required to approve artwork, logo placement, garment colours, sizes, quantities and decoration details. Once approved, custom branded orders cannot usually be changed, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved order.

It is your responsibility to check all spelling, names, logo details, sizing, colours and quantities before giving approval. Workwear Express is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Lead times for branded or custom orders are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier stock, artwork requirements, production schedules and order complexity.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of online checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. For quoted orders, business uniform orders or custom branding work, a deposit or full payment may be required before goods are ordered or production begins.

Orders remain the property of Workwear Express until paid in full. We reserve the right to delay supply, pickup or delivery of goods until payment has cleared.

Any account terms, if offered, must be agreed in writing and may be withdrawn if payments are overdue.

Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup

We offer shipping and/or local pickup options where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays, carrier delays and your delivery location.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or postal service. Workwear Express is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will assist where possible.

If you choose local pickup, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to choose the right workwear, footwear and uniforms. If you need a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted where items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Custom branded items, embroidered items, printed items, special orders, clearance items and made-to-order products cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not match the approved order.

Return postage or delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or the error was caused by Workwear Express.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant.

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a suitable remedy such as repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect care, workplace damage or use outside the product’s intended purpose may not be treated as a fault.

Sizing, Fit & Colour Variations

Sizing can vary between brands, styles and suppliers. Size charts are a guide only, and we recommend contacting us or visiting in-store if you are unsure about fit.

Product colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, photography, lighting and fabric batches. We do our best to represent colours accurately, but minor variations may occur.

For team or business uniform orders, we recommend confirming sizes carefully before approving the order, especially where branding will be applied.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product information, layout, design and branding, is owned by or licensed to Workwear Express unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Privacy & Customer Information

When you place an order, submit an enquiry or contact Workwear Express, we may collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details and enquiry information.

We use this information to process orders, respond to enquiries, provide quotes, manage business uniform orders, arrange delivery and improve our customer service.
