At Workwear Express, we aim to make ordering workwear, uniforms and branded apparel as simple as possible. Please read the information below for delivery, collection and order turnaround details.
Local pickup available
Orders may be available for collection from our East Gosford store once they are ready. You will be contacted when your order is available to collect.
Delivery options
Delivery options and charges may vary depending on the products ordered, order size, location and whether branding is required.
Click & collect
Collection from Workwear Express may be available once your order has been processed, packed or completed.
Branded orders
Embroidered, printed or customised uniform orders require extra production time before they can be shipped or collected.
Order processing
Online orders are processed during normal business hours. Once your order has been received, our team will review availability, order requirements and any branding or customisation details.
Some items may need to be ordered from a supplier before they are ready for collection, delivery or branding. If there are any delays, stock issues or questions about your order, our team will contact you.
Shipping timeframes
Shipping timeframes can vary depending on your location, product availability, supplier stock and whether the order includes custom branding. Standard stocked items are generally processed faster than customised uniform orders.
- In-stock items are usually processed as quickly as possible during business hours.
- Supplier-ordered items may require additional time before dispatch or collection.
- Custom branded items require artwork approval and production time before they are ready.
- Public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays may affect delivery timeframes.
Custom branded uniform orders
Orders that include embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, logo setup or any other custom branding are not dispatched immediately. These orders require confirmation of garment details, sizing, quantities, logo placement and artwork before production can begin.
Branded uniform orders commonly take approximately 2โ3 weeks from approved artwork, confirmed order details and any required payment or deposit. This timeframe is a guide only and may vary depending on order size, stock availability and production requirements.
Important note for urgent branded orders
If you have a deadline, event date, staff start date or urgent job requirement, please contact Workwear Express before placing your order. We will let you know what may be possible and recommend the best option for your timeframe.
Click & collect
If click and collect or local pickup is selected, please wait until you have been contacted before coming in-store. Some products may need to be transferred, ordered in, packed or branded before they are ready.
- You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
- Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase when collecting.
- Branded orders cannot be collected until production has been completed.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please let us know where possible.
Delivery charges
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated or confirmed based on the order type, delivery location, product size and delivery method. Bulky items, large uniform orders or supplier-direct deliveries may require a different freight arrangement.
If freight needs to be quoted separately, our team will contact you before finalising the order.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your delivery address, contact name, phone number and email address are correct when placing your order. Workwear Express is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before dispatch.
Authority to leave
If authority to leave is selected or requested, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Once an order has been delivered with authority to leave, Workwear Express cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
Delays, lost parcels or damaged deliveries
While we do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, delivery delays can sometimes occur once an order has left our store or supplier. If your order appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier or supplier where possible.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if there is an issue.
Split deliveries
Some orders may be split into multiple deliveries or collection stages depending on stock availability, supplier dispatch times or branding requirements. If your order is being supplied in parts, our team will advise you where possible.
